Expression of Interest (EOI)

SAIL-BSL (TA DEPARTMENT) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced and capable parties/organizations to take up the activities as per the scope mentioned further.

1. Objective:

The primary objective is to ensure beautification & upkeep of greenery in township of BS City by engaging agency/ies having expertise in the field.

2. Scope of Work:

The scope of work includes (but is not limited to) the following:

a. Development, maintenance, upkeep and security of gardens & parks, pruning of trees, branches and cleaning the cut-off branches and trees, grass and bush cutting suitably, complying to all safety norms & precautions & carrying out all associated activities, using requisite manual as well as mechanized tools, tackles, vehicles and material handling equipment in Bokaro Steel City township.

3. Eligibility Criteria:

Interested parties must meet the following minimum criteria:

a. Minimum five (05) years of experience in carrying out above mentioned scope of work in major townships.
b. Ability to depute adequate and competent personnel including professionally qualified horticulturist(s) to execute the work.
c. Financially sound and legally compliant.

4. Submission Requirements:

Interested parties should submit:

a. Letter of Interest on official letterhead, Profile of the organization, including years of experience and relevant projects.
b. Approach and methodology to execute the scope of work.
c. Copies of relevant licenses, registration, and PAN/GST (as applicable) and experience of having successfully completed similar nature work by the bidder during last 3 years.

7. General Conditions:

a. Submission of EOI does not confer any right to selection.
b. SAIL- BSL (TA DEPARTMENT) reserves the right to reject any or all EOIs without assigning any reason.
c. Interested parties are requested to come prepared after due study of the system proposed. The date of presentation of the proposals from the parties has been fixed tentatively on 10/10/2025 at 11.00 A.M. at ED (HR) Conference Room, Admin Building, Ispat Bhavan, BSL, Bokaro. However, any change in the date will be intimated to the interested bidders in advance.
d. The interested parties have to submit their consent of participation on or before 04/10/2025 by 5.30 PM. The parties /agencies will not be allowed without prior permission of consent letter.
e. All the cost and expenses that are incurred while responding to this EOI shall be borne by the respective parties / respondents.
f. The interested parties may visit the township of Bokaro Steel City to get acquainted with the work requirements & general site conditions.

N.B.: The EOI is intended for shortlisting of suitable party. Only shortlisted parties will be invited to submit a detailed proposal in response to a Request for Proposal (RFP) to be issued subsequently.
