SAIL-BSL (TA DEPARTMENT) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced and capable parties/organizations to take up the activities as per the scope mentioned further.

1. Scope of Work

The scope of work covers (but not limited to):

• Development, landscaping, maintenance & security of gardens of major office buildings, VIP residences, medians and rotaries on main roads, various parks complying to all safety norms & precautions.
• Carrying out all associated activities using requisite manual as well as mechanized tools, tackles, vehicles and material handling equipment in Bokaro Steel City township.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum five (05) years of experience in carrying out above mentioned work in major towns/cities.
• Ability to depute adequate and competent personnel including professionally qualified horticulturist(s) to execute the work.
• Financially sound and legally compliant.

3. Submission Requirements

• Letter of Interest on official letterhead, Profile of the organization, including years of experience and relevant projects.
• Approach and methodology to execute the scope of work.
• Copies of relevant licenses, registration, and PAN/GST (as applicable) and experience of having successfully completed similar nature work by the bidder during last 3 years.

5. General Conditions

• Submission of EOI does not confer any right to selection.
• SAIL-BSL (TA DEPARTMENT) reserves the right to reject any or all EOIs without assigning any reason.
• Interested parties are requested to come prepared after due study of the system proposed. Tentative date of presentation: 10/01/2026 at Administrative Building (Ispat Bhavan), BSL, Bokaro.
• Interested parties must submit consent of participation on or before 09/01/2026 by 5:30 PM.
• All costs incurred while responding to this EOI shall be borne by the respective parties.
• Interested parties may visit the township to understand the work requirements & general site conditions.

N.B.: This EOI is intended for shortlisting of suitable parties. Only shortlisted parties will be invited to submit a detailed proposal in response to a subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP).
